"My nails after the dip powder service. I visited this nail salon yesterday morning for a manicure. I called ahead and was told the wait would be 15 minutes. I ended up waiting 30 minutes before a tech was available. Throughout my manicure the tech got up a few times, started someone else’s manicure and answered the phone to book other appointments. (They did not have a receptionist). The tech then applied so much pressure around my nails and cuticles that I have cuts on most of my fingers (shown below). At the end of my mani, the tech put some sticky coat on top which took forever to dry and I was even moved to the drying station (which if you’ve ever gotten dip or gel you never need to use the dryer). I finally just needed to leave after being there for nearly 2 hours. Went I finally went to pay, I was ignored for 5 minutes because my tech had already started another client. She finally got up and saw that I was going to leave, she checked my nails and offered to put another coat on top but I refused. I paid $50 for the nails pictured below. I was in the salon from 10:02am-11:50am. Long story short I gave 2 stars because I love the color and love the shape of my nails, and because she did offer to put another coat on top. Everything else however was a disaster. Maybe they’ll be less busy in the fall/ winter? Idk, but I’m still disappointed."

"Had great pedicures with my 2 daughters there today. A little pricier than other places ($35) but the extra time on the leg massage, hot stones and hot towel definitely made it worth it! Plus under 12 gets the "Princess price" which was really nice ($20) Women were all very friendly and kind to my children, they even honored their crazy multiple color choices without batting an eye. Will def be back!"
