"The staff was polite upon entering the clinic, but shortly thereafter, they were having audible conversations about a child and his mother while the child was being cared for. The wait time was disrespectfully long. My son is a baby. We arrived early for his appointment and waited over an hour to be called in. The pediatric dentist was indifferent, had no idea how to treat him and did not want to provide basic cleaning for him. The dental hygienist working alongside her saved the day. She was phenomenal! Overall, not a pleasant experience and I will never go back there."

"I went to this office for a checkup and cleaning. Staff did not introduce themselves when came in to begin procedure (rude). Dr came in with a CALCULATOR giving me a $25,000 estimate on implants that I did not ask for. Suggesting me to apply for a dental loan. I left feeling like I wasted my time. However I did get my referral to oral surgeon. I will not go back to this dentist office ever again. Disappointed"
