Sorry Ma Tattoos

"I went to “Sorry Ma Tattoos” in Wanaque NJ for an upper lip (Medusa) piercing yesterday.. This place is incredibly clean and inviting! The guy who did my piercing was extremely friendly, patient and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the placement before he went ahead with the piercing! I can’t wait until the swelling goes down so I can get the shorter stud.. I will definitely be going back either for another piercing or more tattoos! Sorry Ma Tattoos is my new go-to place!!!"

"Got my septum done and almost passed out.. the guy who did it told me it was just a trauma response when he had actually hit a nerve. He struggled while piercing me to get the needle through (indicating that WASNT my sweetspot…), didnt have the right size ring, he didnt mark or even check out my anatomy to see where i should be pierced, my nose excessively bled and right after being pierced my vision was blurry, my ears were ringing, i was sweating and was on the verge of passing out. The septum was and still is (a week later) incredibly painful and will now take 6 months to heal instead of the 3 weeks suggested. They have several signs saying no refunds and now I understand why.. it’s disappointing to pay $80 for a piercing when its not even located in the correct spot, is causing serious pain and wasnt even the correct size. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for a piercing.."

I went in for a consultation today and the lady gave me an entire run down of what to expect with the piercing and how the healing may be like. Was the most through and honest conversation I’ve had with a piercer and I really appreciated it. Both locations have a very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. By far my favorite shop."
