"The staff and dentists here are just wonderful! They are incredibly caring and patient with the kids, and even did math homework with my son while I had to talk to Dr Z! Love the staff at both their locations, and highly recommend, especially if you have sensitive or scared kids."

"The visit was awful and actually never took place. I wanted to be seen for a loose cap and the secretary told me they had a cancellation for the next day at 3:45. I accepted and changed my class. I got there on time and sat and sat and sat. At one point 3 young men came in and went straight to the office in the back so I suspect they were family members because they came in with wine and two dogs. The man with the dog left. There was a lot of hoopla in the back. 2 came out and one stayed inside. They were obviously examined one by one and there I sat. Everyone left. During this time the doctor nor the secretary came once to acknowledge I was still waiting. The secretary finally came out started making calls. I told her that I had been waiting 5 minutes short.of the hour and all she did was put the phone on her lap and look at me and started saying “I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry but didn’t even get up to talk to the doctor. I walked out. I never saw the doctor / don’t even know what he looks like. He can learn manners from his brother who has been on sabbatical. Needless to say, a new dentist is in my future."
