"My nails were long when I woke up this morning. The technician asked if she could shorten them and she did. I had acrylic powder on them since the COVID lockdown taught me to only use stuff that can be removed at home. The gel does not dissolve with acetone. The last time I went in for new powder I soaked and removed the old one at home. My nails weren’t damaged. This time I stupidly trusted that they wouldn’t damage my nails when they did it. I was wrong, the technician ripped the nails off to the skin. When I asked her what was she doing I was told she doesn’t speak English. Not true. Some of my nails were ripped so badly that the sides of my nails look raw. They kept trying to convince me to do other types of manicures. If I wanted to do anything that they were offering I wouldn’t have trusted them to do it. I noticed how my nails were butchered on nail #3. I didn’t leave and go elsewhere because the damage was already done and it would be humiliating for another place to see what they did. Throughout the process they kept being rude and talking about me in their language. At no time did they apologize. They were focused on getting me to spend more money there. Run from this place. My nails now need months to grow out."

"The staff is rude. My mom and I both got gel manicures which were rushed and done terribly, resulting in chipping in less than a week. We have gone to this salon twice and the gel manicures were sub-par. Pedicure is not good at all and also very rushed. Their prices are way too high for terrible service and bad work."
