Citi Nails

"i initially had a better review but the second time i went here wasn’t as good unfortunately. the first time i went i got black dip powder nails. when i went back to get them filled in, i wanted to do yellow. the person doing my nails did not remove all the black, and the black was showing through when he started putting on yellow. i mentioned that the black was showing through and he only fixed it on a few nails. it was so obvious but i felt bad saying something two times since he didn’t fix it the first so i paid and left and got them done somewhere else. it was a little bit stressful because i think they should be the one to notice when they mess up but it’s whatever. would definitely pay a little more and go to other places in the area."

"The place was very clean. Lots of choices for colors. I got a gel set. Good pricing. Only issue I had was my cuticles were never removed. The nail shape was not my favorite. I asked for More narrow but didn’t get it. The nails weren’t cleaned up so I had gel nail polish all over. Overall it was an okay experience. Picture below is 6 days later so I was able to clean area."

Staff are warm, professional, and they pay close attention to detail. I continue to look forward to my manicure and pedicure every other week with these wonderful professionals. "Tom and Cindy are the best. I don’t trust anyone else with my nails. They are kind, friendly and professional people. Their salon is efficient and very clean. They always make you feel like your family. Highly recommend you visit their salon. Been coming here for over 10 years. They just redid their salon to abide by the virus guidelines and it’s beautiful. I applause them for the changes they made to their salon in a short amount of time."

"I just moved to the area. Wanted to try a nail salon near me. So I went here. Arrived a few minutes after they opened. There was 1 lady that was there. A customer came in. After I did. And she sat her down and started doing her nails. She told me she had an appointment. Okay fine. I ask her how long until someone else shows up. She said in 5 minutes they are on their way. I waited almost 45-50 minutes. No one else showed up. I had to leave. I refused to wait another minute. She kept telling me she would call ‘them’ and then proceeded to tell me they were on their way. Over and over. I wasted almost an hour there. It was a horrible experience. I will NEVER GO BACK ! I recommend going somewhere else. Don’t even chance this place."
