"I was a loyal customer to this salon for over a year, however the recent changes have changed this for me. The whole energy of the place is different, the entire staff has turned over within the last month or so and many people I know have stopped going to this salon. The salon is not nearly as busy as it used to be, techs are half asleep looking at their phones at their stations waiting for customers. I understand that there is downtime, but it looks unprofessional and uninviting at the same time. The old owners had air purifiers /UV plugged in all the time, and I just get the sense that the salon overall is not as clean as it was before. Maybe that is because I saw a man stand on a manicure table to adjust the AC vent and then not bother to clean/disinfect the area afterwards. It’s also pretty obvious that the last couple of reviews have been left by employees. Thanks but no thanks."

"No point to make an appointment as they give their better technicians to walks ins and switch them out mid pedicure or manicure. Decent for last minute but if you’re looking for quality, def better places around."
