"I found a lot of flaws w the nail tech’s work and I was overcharged- I paid $100 for a gel set which was supposed to only be $70 (which I found out after leaving b/c a friend informed me I was scammed) The phone lady also had very bad English and an attitude with me, I found trouble alone in trying to set up an appointment. Then, they couldn’t do any of the nail art that I wanted so I had to settle for something basic which bummed me out. Lastly, the products they use are incredibly cheap. My fingernails were stinging under the UV light from the gel that they used."

"Being a guy, I thought I would've been out of place walking in here. The entire staff was accommodating from the gecko and the service I received was perfect! Since then, I've been coming here for the past 2 years and left happy every time. Just wish the guy giving the shoulder massages gave us men a massage as well, rather than only giving it to the women lol"

"Giving two stars because the first experience I had here was pretty good, but my second experience was maybe the worst I’ve had at a nail salon. Both times I came in for a basic manicure. The first time I came in was maybe a year ago and I remember my nails looked great after. The second time, the job was very rushed and sloppy. The technician only applied polish to the center of my nails, leaving the sides of my nails unpolished - something I’ve never seen a nail tech do as it’s a very basic skill at a salon. Even after asking the tech multiple times to fill in the sides, she left some unpolished. Overall, my nails looked very uneven and sloppy. When I asked her one last time to fill them in more, she told me “that’s not what I want.” Truly a wild sentence to say to a customer who’s paying specifically for what they want. Additionally, I was led to the nail drying station at 6:38 PM, and they started turning off the lights in the salon at 6:41 PM and asked me to leave. I came in at 6 PM and while I understand employees wanting to go home early, online the hours stated that they were open until 7. Overall, I felt very rushed and my nails came out uneven and sloppy. Oh, and 2 of my nails chipped just a few hours later. Complete waste of money. Will definitely not be returning after this experience and would not recommend - you can find much better salons in the area at a lower price point."

"Made my apt two weeks in advance for an acrylic filling because I am allergic to gel... get there pick out a color only for the lady to give me the wrong one... turns out the one I wanted they were out of... then I wanted a design with rhinestones as per the pictures you see when you google them on maps... apparently they do not do those and I was told those are not their pictures... I left the salon with oddly shaped nails and acrylic not just on my nails but fingers too. Plus they charge almost twice as much as others for acrylic filling!"
