"The pedicures are rushed, not relaxing, and of course they put me in the one non massage chair when there were plenty of massage chairs available. That’s like 50% of the good part of the pedicure. She sanded off my skin when removing old gel polish and then rubbed acetone in it like she was mad at me. I’m more stressed than when I came in."

"I've been going to Kim's for a while now. With the new owners, they have been upgrading their facility and it's beautiful. They also have appointment reminders via text which is great too. Everyone is very friendly and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. Highly recommend if you're in the area and want to get your nails done!"

"Very disappointed. In less than 1 week my powder dip nails all fell off. I've always gotten powder dips at other salons and it would last beautifully for 3-4 weeks. I don't think spending so much money for nails to fall off in less than a week makes sense. Im not sure if the nail tech knows how to properly do powder dip or if it's the product but this is not ok. A regular manicure would have probably lasted longer :("

"I haven't been to this nail salon in years but then I read that it is under new ownership so I wanted to try it again. They are very friendly and accommodating whether you call or walk in (if they have time), and the salon is kept tidy and clean. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my gel fill and pedicure and would definitely return for these or other nail services in the future."
