"I never ever write reviews but keep thinking about my experience. I had a regular manicure done and gel soak off. This was $25 for regular manicure. The manicure I could have done better myself honestly and no hand massage was done she literally just painted. I will say I did go to someone new this time. Lastly, they charged me $1 extra for fast dry oil. I understand it is just a $1 but most nail salons I go to this oil is just at the dry counter and free. I thought this was so odd. Again, I never write reviews and feel bad doing so but I just think I was totally ripped off with no hand massage, pretty rude service and just a sloppy manicure."

"I have been coming here for years and it is the best nail salon I’ve been too. Everything is so clean and the workers are always extremely kind and professional. My nails always look amazing after I leave!! Young is my go to artist but all the other ones are amazing as well! Highly recommend!"

"The worst salon I ever visited! Extremely unhappy with the services. Would you believe if I said that I just had my pedicure done? I didn't wanna pay anything for this kind of work, because I went to another place to redo it completely. They was asking to pay extra 15$ to fail my feet. It's a part of the pedicure. The cuticle wasn't cut, you can see it my photos. When I said that I am unhappy with the services, the lady started yelling at me! I was planning to do gel manicure also. They started doing it and broke 1 nail. To fix it (to put a drop of glue) she said I have to pay extra 6$! Also, they were cutting dry cuticle without soaking in the water. I asked to bring some water to soak my fingers and the old lady from reception told me that I came to wrong place. After that I left. I said I don't want to pay for the terrible pedicure the whole amount (because I went to redo it right after) and she grabbed my shoulder and start yelling, I gonna have a big bruises tomorrow! This one and 1 more from the begging. When I just set on the pedicure chair, lady hit me with the wooden armrest rushing to close it. If you want to be treated like this, welcome! Otherwise stay as far as you can from this place!"

"I had such a wonderful time at Nails Touch! They are so nice, professional, and their work was beautiful. They even give a little baggy of your own files and buffers for the next time you come in ($2). I loved having my nails done here. I got tips and gel for the first time, and Young walked me through it and was so sweet! And Loren did a lovely job with my toes! Happy happy customer that is definitely coming back!!"
