"I had a lengthy layover and was able to call and secure an appointment. They are mainly Spanish speaking, but they very welcoming and accommodating with everyone. Please don’t let language be a barrier to quality care. My technician was AMAZING! She took her time, used high end products and my gel mani/pedi look great! I’ll stop in to see them whenever I’m in NY/NJ! Highly recommend!"

"You be the judge of the work they did on me. During my two-day stay in town, I sought a nail service from this establishment. Despite understanding that perfection is rare, this experience was marked by the worst customer service. The nail technician's careless use of the nail drill left me bleeding from two fingers, with no apology or acknowledgment when pointed out. Although I requested a gentler approach for the second hand, she blamed the bleeding on my "sensitive skin," a claim I found unfounded. While contemplating additional services like a pedicure, eyebrow threading, and a hair service, her lack of acknowledgment discouraged me. I hoped to take advantage of the services provided but didn't want to risk it. At payment, the technician had a concerned look when I asked if bleeding from a manicure was normal, and later, the lady that did my nails lied about a disinfectant being used. This experience leaves me highly dissatisfied, and I sincerely hope for improvements in customer service."

"Idk what I was thinking. Walked in because it was the closest nail salon nearby. I got acrylic with no plastic tips and the lady that did my nails was in a hurry. My nails were uneven and crooked. I couldn't even say anything because a lot of ladies were there and I didn't want to embarrass myself because I don't speak Spanish and they can barely communicate in English. NOT RECOMMENDED!"

"I walked in hoping for a good and clean experience. I was seated for a pedi immediately and the second I sat down and saw there was no liner for the foot spa I had to walk out. It’s 2023, come on. Every salon uses these and is more sanitary. It reduces bacteria and fungi etc. I just don’t think it’s worth risking a fungus or anything when there’s so many options available for salons to keep things sanitary."

"I have been trying many nail salons in Elizabeth and finally found a place that does great Nails. My tech Margarita does amazing nails and is so patient with me. I bring her a photo and she does exactly what I want. I highly recommend them."
