"I have patronized this business for over 25 years. During the pandemic, I was downsized and forced into early Social Security not finding a new job, which means I cannot get my mani/pedi as often. TL downsized it's staff and it's only Joe and his wife working. Back in October, I had an appointment for 11 and nobody showed up by 11:30. I called with no response. I had to get on a plane that night and they knew that. I had to leave and once I got to my destination had to pay top $ for just a manicure, when I should have been celebrating with my niece and her wedding guests for her wedding a day later. I called TL later that day upset. The woman said she had a doctor appointment. I told her you couldn't call me and tell me. I let it all go. Tuesday I called TL to schedule an appointment next week. She told me 'NO, I WON'T MAKE APPOINTMENTS FOR YOU. YOU COMPLAINED LAST TIME. THERE ARE OTHER SALONS TO GO TO." TL is the only salon I know that uses the Credo on the feet. I was rudely turned away. Salons are now telling me as I look for new that the CREDO BLADE IS NOT LEGAL. In any event, I was going to let this go, but I complain now. 25 Years of my business and they were wrong to treat me this way."
