"The greeter seemed to be annoyed when I was a walkin. Then more annoyed when I said the water was too hot and asked for a spa pedi. She tried to get the mask out of the package but it wouldn't come out... she couldn't massage it out of the package either. I questioned if it was old product and she claimed it was brand new but too cold and too thick. Guess they don't store product well. I ended up leaving and going across the street for a much more pleasurable experience."

"What I asked for vs what I got($60). Some nail shops can’t do all designs which isn’t issue. Once I expressed that I didn’t like the service, the customer service was horrible. I asked for another appoint to remove it or correct the issue. I was told me I would have to wait until Thursday, another customer came in while I was getting my nails done and the offered her an earlier appointment. Maria is always rude to me when I come for services."
