"Went to mickey and she was amazing! Color, shape and design all as I requested. Looking forward to trying them again Update: been going to mickey and she is great. She is on vacation for three weeks and they gave me another tech. He was super nice but my nails look awful and are cracking. I feel foolish for paying as much as i did. I will only go to mickey or if elsewhere if she is not there. I am highly disappointed"

"Very upset with how my nails turned out . I’ve always come to this place and my nails always been nice but today was so upsetting. The person who did my nails seemed like he was in a rush and wanted to finish. Didn’t do the gel fill good. My French looks horrible and when told him about my pedicure color he kept insisting the color was the one like the picture. These are suppose to be my graduating nails and pedicure and I left so disappointed . Above all cost me $100. Only reason gave it a two star is because of how nice the new place looks. Definitely sticking to going to LAVO in Metuchen."

"I used to come here years ago and loved the way Tracy did my nails. They always came out perfect. I recently came back and was highly disappointed. Not even a week later and most of my nails are lifting in the corner. Acrylic does not even cover my nails in the corner. Color swatches are not accurate as two coats and the polish is nowhere near the color shown. The gentleman that did my nails was rough and almost every finger bad bled. If you are lucky enough to get Tracy you'll have a great experience."

"I used to love kiss nails, it was always fairly priced and on the way home from work! never had a problem with a booking however after today i am left completely disappointed. theres a new gentleman there who works as a tech and im not sure if he's inexperienced but i am letting you all know to stay on the look out an avoid!! i hardly ever voice a complaint but i have had too many issues now and i cannot let it slide anymore. he is SOO rough with handling and doesn't seem to care after i winced in pain with nearly every tool he touched. i decided to not go with the design i had in mind because i just wanted to leave. I went in after a stressful day at work (appointment was at 3pm thursday) looking to relax and treat myself, instead i left with a cut on my toe AND finger... all of this came out to $90 total- polish on toes and a SIMPLE acrylic set. very unhappy with the service, my nails are different shades of purple, hands were dirty with residue, i was handled poorly, AND cut. on top of that, there is supposed to be a discount for paying cash... didnt even charge me accordingly. it was only after i let him know that he cut me *twice* that he finally lowered it to $85 but he never apologized. at that price i could certainly find other techs who wouldn't be as rough. never again."
