"Ive been going to this place for years. Never had a bad experience until now. The nail tech who was doing my pedicure stabbed my cuticle with one of the tools and put my foot back into the water. I was in such terrible pain afterwards. My toe was throbbing all night. I went to citymd and was diagnosed with cellulitis which is a bacterial infection. Such a shame. They hire anyone now, especially the ones who don’t know what to do. Don’t just go to anyone in this salon. Go to the ones who own the place."

"Update: had a different lady last time because I was desperate and my regular girl was booked. She gave me fungus on 2 of my nails and I paid $85 plus tip for them to last 9 days when my nails usually last 4+ weeks. Don’t go here Genuinely the best nails I’ve ever had. My nails last the longest they ever had compared to any other place I’ve ever been and my nails have been GORGEOUS"

"What sort of business blames the customer for THEIR mistake!? I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, and after 2 hours, she then realized she did it wrong! When I pointed it out, they said it was too late and there's nothing they could do about it. That would've been fine, but then the person who did my nails (who couldn't speak English) called the manager and someone else, then they all yelled at me. The nails are one thing, and I would've moved on if they were polite, but the customer service was just rude and awful. If you're looking for a friendly service for your service, this isn't the place to go."

"I came her because my regular tech was fully booked . But Nina’s Nails we’re able to schedule me in same day. It’s a busy location but their customer service is great. I love how quick they were to seat me . I would advise to always make an appointment! You just never know, they ask about what nail design you’re looking into beforehand. I gave her something I found on Pinterest and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them. She free handed it and still came out bomb. Besides the wait it was a great first visit. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you!"

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went today 6/19 i had an appointment at 10 they call me at 940 that the girl called put which is not a problem. I come back at 11 for a fill . KIM does my fill, she used the wrong color acrylic and files so much that it doesnt even look like she did anything to begin with. The OWNER then says shell fix my nails. All she had to do was fill in the gaps that kim left. She then applies the thickest coat of acrylic on ALL OF MY NAILS . After she does one hand I tell her i am not happy as some of them already look like they are going to pop off because she went over my cuticle. I told her just please do the other hand and put a clear coat so I can go. She told me “ if i dont like it i can leave and stop wasting her time, she already tried to fix them and I wasting her time” I am absolutely disgusted to be treated this way because they did a bad job and I complained."
