"Broke a zipper on a designer duffle my girlfriend got me for christmas. she would have been so mad if she found out. A friend sent me to Atlantic Shoe Repair and man they got me in and out quick, fair price, and great work. Went to a few other places first and no one wanted to touch a zipper on a duffle bag for some reason. 100% recommend !"

"I think this is first review I have ever done but I am so so disappointed with the quality of work and how I was treated. I unfortunately had some stains on one of my new Uggs. The woman at the desk informed me that she was unsure if she could get stains out. She was unable to get the stains out which I’m fine with, she did let me know. But in the meanwhile, she completely destroyed my UGGs. They are now a two tone, with a thinner covering like a layer was taken off. When I questioned why my shoes looked so different now she informed me that they were destroyed when I brought them in , which they were about one month old and they were not. She was very rude and very unprofessional. no effort to try to improve the look of the shoes. When I brought home and showed my grown children, everyone was in shock of how they looked. I see from other poor reviews that most likely I will get a condescending reply back, but I can live with that. Just would like to have my UGGs look at least like when I dropped off."

"The workers here are so hostile, condescending, and unprofessional. I don’t like the way I was treated on multiple occasions. I paid ahead, my shoes sat untouched for weeks, and I was asked to remind the one woman who worked there several times to complete the job. When I asked her to fix an uneven placement of material, she said she couldn’t give me a date of when she could complete it because she had more important and expensive projects than mine and then became hostile and confrontational when I just wanted to plan on when the job could be completed. No matter how stressed these people are, no one deserves to be treated this way. They seem overworked and understaffed but it’s no excuse to be mean and nasty to people like they are. I have to pay for someone else to finish/correct this job now. This experience was so not worth it!"

"Lauren and her Dad fixed a fancy pair of sandals that I thought were done. My favorites! They now have my favorite pair of leather boots for an overhaul. This is an art and a craft that is done with love and care here at Atlantic Shoe Repair. And I am so grateful and thankful!"

"Went in for shoe shine on new pair of leather dress shoes. When I picked them up they looked exactly the same. Terrible work. Cost $15 and had to pay cash to avoid credit card charge, and they required payment before the work was even done. Will not be returning to them or recommending them to anyone."
