"very nice nail salon on 3rd Ave(yes girl 3ave), i came in as a walk in and got a Jelly spa gel pedicure (you can pick which one you want) the place was clean, my nail lady was nice and quick."

"This nail salon started off good but now just like almost all other nail salons are for quantity, not quality. Along with if they are upset or mad they start speaking in their language along with doing spiteful things such turn the drill bit up higher knowing that it will burn and cut the customer and lastly if you don’t tip them more than the total amount, they will speak in their language again about you.. They also pick and choose who they take as a customer but yet again if they don’t get tipped they will act funny. This shop is in the Bronx on Third Avenue in a not so good location for a business and then to go in and not have a good job or a rushed job done just to take another customer or if you don’t know how to do toe nail designs ask for help but want a customer to keep a bad job is a Big No No to me Coco and Cherry"

"I got my nails done by a lady named Coco have to say by far the best nail tech I have ever had she took her time she was patient if I had a question or if I wanted something different was more than understanding the price that I was given when I showed her the picture was the exact same price that I paid she made sure she Took her time I love that I did not feel rushed nor did she rush my nails to attend to other clients"

"When it comes to mani and pedi spa care. XW Nail services overall there are good. However when it comes to Brazilian Waxing I won’t recommend their services. First the are they used for is cramp with supplies. Second seem the technician was not sure of what she was doing, she drop some of the wax over my face, I had to tell her that a Brazilian means all hair removal. Lastly, the poor manners she showcase before and after the job by not providing me secure privacy of the room was just over the top. I believe that any business no matter the demographical they are conducting business and providing customer services, they should be able to follow proper business ethics. I truly advise that if they are promoting Brazilian wax services to the public, they need to retrain their technicians or just remove it from the context of service."
