"This salon just opened & the owner Jessica might have an issue with people who look like me and expect proper quality service. I first had a pedicure here a couple of weeks ago and it was a lovely experience. Today I went in for a manicure-and although my nail tech was very nice-she clearly did not have experience with this polish color. This was the result after two polish attempts. Two stars are for the polish job and Jessica who promptly got an attitude telling me that they do not clean cuticle lines with a brush but rather a stick or their finger nails. I told her whatever works so long as my cuticles and undernail are not flooded with white paint. After two attempts, this is what I left with (flooded cuticles and uneven paint with brush marks/holes) along with a large dose of attitude from Jessica the owner. See photos- this quality polish may be why they asked me to pay before polish. Which did not happen the first time I visited. They are very close to my apartment so I will try them one more time but keep in mind some of the techs are not experienced with all colors nor do they have good customer service if you express that you are displeased."
