The staff was shockingly rude and uncaring towards my little 9-year-old daughter who was there to get her nails painted for her birthday. In an appalling display of insensitivity, one of the main women in charge got upset, walked up to my daughter, grabbed her by the jacket, and yanked her outside, insisting she had to leave. They made her leave with only one hand painted and in tears. To make matters worse, I've now noticed she has an infection on her thumb, likely a consequence of the salon's neglectful practices. It's evident that they do not ensure their nail sets are clean; they reuse without proper cleaning. I strongly advise against anyone ever coming to this salon. The treatment towards my daughter was unacceptable, and their lack of hygiene measures poses serious risks. This was meant to be a special occasion for her birthday, and it turned into a distressing and unforgettable experience. Please reconsider choosing NAILS AND SPA for your nail care needs."

It's beyond disgusting that they would transfer such an infection due to their dirty and careless ways. The overall cleanliness of the place was subpar; they did not bother to clean their nail and feet tools between clients. Shockingly, the same tools used on one client's feet were immediately utilized on the next client's nails without any form of sanitization. The towels, a crucial element for hygiene, were not exempt from this negligence. After being used on someone's feet, they were casually hung on the back of a chair to air dry and then reused on the next client's hands – an alarming practice that undoubtedly raises concerns about the transmission of infections. It's worth noting that during my visit, I overheard unsettling information that someone had contracted MRSA from the salon due to their failure to sanitize tools properly. Unfortunately, my personal experience mirrored these concerns. I developed a severe infection under my nails and fungus after getting my nails done at Nails & Spa. Upon addressing the issue with the staff, I was met with indifference; they neither cared nor took any remedial actions. The rushed and inattentive service compelled me to request multiple nail repaints during the same session. In addition to the unsanitary conditions, the staff's unprofessional behavior further marred my experience. They openly complained and gossiped about customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This, coupled with their apparent annoyance at customer requests, made the overall experience miserable and traumatic. I strongly advise against visiting Nails & Spa due to their blatant disregard for hygiene and customer well-being. Witnessing them reuse tools without cleaning, as well as neglecting to sanitize towels, is not only unprofessional but also poses serious health risks. It's crucial to prioritize your health and safety by avoiding this nail salon."

"Super long wait and does not seem clean at all. However, it was nice that they were open on sunday because my usual place is closed. My acrylics and pedicure are not bad but not the best. Pretty expensive for the quality of work. Will not be returning. Lady also made me bleed and hurt me multiple times."

"It's a cash only salon and it is always full of people waiting to get their nails done. I usually get a simple manicure which is $12 and a pedicure is $28. I bring my own polish because nowadays these nail salons are promoting gel polish and that will run you more money. Most of the staff is nice. The gentleman at the first booth when you walk in is selective about which customers he decides to handle and will only do full sets, fill ins. I've never had my eyebrows done here, but ladies come from far to have the older woman do them. They say she's very good and she seems friendly. I come here because they're open on Sundays when I'm free to pamper myself, but prepare for a wait. There are no set appointments."
