"I think this is a really promising salon if it improved in some areas. I don't like giving less than great reviews, but I wish I knew what I know now before I made my appointment. To start positive, my gel manicure lasted about two weeks and my manicurist was pretty thorough - plus the prices are more affordable than most salons. The negative side is the lack of cleanliness. There was a roach on my pedicure towel, a dirty towel (fell on floor multiple times) was also used to dry my feet, and the tools used on me were not sanitized. It would be safer for customers if there were more disposable/sanitized products used. Also, booking an appointment ahead of time does not guarantee start time or the actual nail tech that you selected (at least that was my experience. I waited a long while before being seen and I did not get the artist selected at booking). I think if they improved in these areas, as well has expanded their selection of polish/colors it would be a better experience."

"I’m so glad I tried this nail salon again!! I’ve been living in this neighborhood my whole life and I went once many many years ago, but a couple months ago I decided to try the salon again. I booked with Angie since it’s her salon and I wanted to see her work. I’ve not been disappointed yet! You can bring any inspo pic to Angie and she will make it look really similar and make it come to life! Plus, her prices are affordable and will not break your bank. On top of it all, Angie is super personable and sweet. She’s Dominican from the neighborhood, always need to support local, Latinx and small. I always do dipping powder, btw. She takes the time to completely soak off without filing your nail down, which has been tremendous for my nail health. She even helped me go from square to almond. "I posted a review last month with my experience being not great. However Angie’s customer service skills are awesome, she reached out to me asked me to come back to give me a new set I would be happy with. I liked this set this time around much better! It wasn’t exactly like the picture I showed, but cute nonetheless. Thank you Angie for taking accountability and actually ensuring your customer was satisfied! Everything seemed nice and clean. She was quick and efficient so I wasn’t there for hours. Overall happy with the customer service!!"
