"This is my second time trying this place the first time was about a few years ago when one of the technicians butchered my nails and left my cuticles bleeding. She was so rough, rude and unprofessional. Covid passed, Then I went April 2023 the other day for my birthday. I got the pedicure with the callus removal and paid extra , which came out very sloppy and I still had callus left on my heel and nail polish left on my skin which I saw when I went outside and told them about. The dip powered nails were going well but they do come out very bulky and bumpy not smooth and beautiful, they just need to spend a little more time smoothing down the nail, to make them look more natural as I mentioned. Overall, they also force you to get extra serviced like their silly massage , that doesn't absolutely nothing for you because they are not professionals in that area. They would get more customers if they catered to our needs more, be nice and listen to us when we tell them exactly what we want. While you are there, you can know they are always talking about the costumer and or service as I understand a bit of their language. Just not a pleasant experience for me, for the type of money I paid over 100+ dollars, I don't think I will be returning."
"Despite having an appointment, we waited an hour before being seen. Actual pedicure service was fine, but when it was time to pay, staff ran my credit card twice, claiming that it had been declined but when asked about it and staff provided receipts, it was clearly labeled that the card had been accepted and staff had intentionally voided the transaction two times. When questioned about it, staff claimed that it was because the credit card machine was out of paper, but the timestamp printed receipts that she provided clearly verified the fact that the machine did in fact have paper, and she intentionally canceled the transaction, forcing me to use their in-house ATM."
"They did amazing before my nails had old chipped off nail polish and now they look much better i highly suggest"
"I went here the night before thanksgiving, and while yes it was packed, that should not compromise the service you are provided- & paying for. I got my eyebrows waxed and when I walked in the room I could immediately tell the paper over the pillow on the table had already been used. I sat there looking at it, looking at her, waiting for her to catch the hint, but no she patted the pillow and said lay down. She ONLY waxed, no plucking touch ups, no trimming- which I thought was weird and again should have said something. When I got up she pushed the waxing cart in front of the mirror and stood there so I couldn’t even get to the mirror. There was a small magnifying make up mirror on the shelf near the door so I tried to quickly lean over and look but if I even tilted it toward me I would’ve knocked things off the shelf. This is all as she’s rushing me out. I got home and realized I had just paid for a pointless waxing. She missed a huge chunk of hair on my upper end of my brow, definitely needed tweezing touch ups on the top and bottoms. I feel like I just wasted my money. & on top of it all, here I am a day later with a massive cyst like pimple on my face (I haven’t had a pimple since high school) and I’m realizing she went straight from handing cash at the register to waxing my brows and touching my face. DO NOT GO HERE, lazy work & uncleanliness."
"I hesitated at first to come because of one Google review but after a glowing review on Nextdoor I decided to give them a try. Very happy I did! My nails were frail and thin after another local salon filed the surface much too thin, so I told my tech (Elaine) and she was more gentle with them while still being firm. They understood the shape and style I wanted to go for right away without fighting me on it and made adjustments as I asked for them. Yes, there was an upcharge for getting certain items but this is no different than most and I expect to pay for quality. Salon was clean and everyone was nice. Very happy to give them a chance and they will now be my go-to. UPDATE- added a photo of 2+ weeks in, they’re holding on strong! Glad to have found my new nail spot."
