"I’m giving this place 1 star because the nail technician was nice & she took her time. I really wanted to like this place but whatever product they use for nail polish is not great AT ALL, dare I even say cheap? I went Saturday around 4pm to get my a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. By today, Monday 4pm(48 hours later) 3 nails have chipped BADLY and the clear nail polish I put on my toes is already cracking. My nail polish started chipping yesterday but by today is had gotten worse. All I did between Saturday night and today was shower, wash my hair and work (as a teacher). I paid $55 ($30 for a gel mani & $25 for a regular pedicure with clear nail polish) and gave my technician a $10 tip. In total, this cost my $65. Now I would go back and have it fixed but for what? For this to possibly happen again? I’m already frustrated with the time and money I already spent Saturday, I’d be even more upset if I went back today to have it fixed only for this to occur again later this week. When I was getting my nails done Saturday a woman had some in because her nail had also chipped, this should’ve been a sign. As seen in the pictures it’s just been getting worse and worse and worse. As a customer paying for a service that you would think would last for AT LEAST 2 weeks (gel mani) this is extremely frustrating. I paid $65 only for me to have to go to another salon to get a nail color change and gel removal."
