"This was a terrible experience. My daughter likes to grow out her nails once it a while. She was been growing out her nails for about and a month at this point. she was so excited to get her nails done for vacation. My daughter clearly stated she just wanted her nails filed to the shape she likes. As soon as I walk over to get my nails done, I see my daughter crying. The woman doing her nails had fully cut them off. Not just a trim, like down to the quick. When I brought this to their attention, they just giggled and were unapopgetic. The manager was fully aware of how upset we were and did nothing to make the situation better. Needless to say we will never be returning to Vivid nails."
