"Got a gel manicure on Wednesday afternoon. One nail just chipped today (Sunday). The manicure was fine but bummed that it didn’t even last a week."

"DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for a dip manicure and the technician may have permanently ruined my cuticle. She reshaped my nail (not just the tip but the WHOLE nail) causing significant pain and now consistent discomfort. I know people who have had similar experiences elsewhere and their cuticles were permanently damaged, and their nail will not grow back to its original shape/size. If you decide to go here, please do so at your own risk."

"I have been doing my nails here since I came down to New York they are one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. I do my nails constantly and love nail art design and I have always been satisfied with the results that they provided. If you don’t have a favourite nail design they can even make a unique design for you!"

"Very friendly staff, welcoming. They were punctual and keeping appointments to whoever had them first and welcoming walk ins. I am very particular about my nails cleaning, shaping and color application. They delivered high quality nail service. I had a manicure. Also price very reasonable for the current market prices. I would visit them again. Highly recommend."

"The nails were done hastily and carelessly. Despite requesting a square shape, the first hand had rounded corners, which I had to file myself. Additionally, the nails were not properly prepared, cuticles were not pushed back, there were unevenness, and the gel was applied unevenly with gaps in the corners. When I tried to fix it myself, I was refused the use of the appropriate tools. Moreover, communication in English was difficult. This is definitely not a salon I can recommend. These are some of the worst nails I have ever had done. I went to different salon straight to fix it :("
