"first of all, I gave a star because I had to for the review. I went there for a manicure & pedicure, the owner did not even respond as I walked in and greeted, her name is Sara and as I was there I saw how disrespectful she was to her employees and some costomers. She is arrogant and rude and act as if she is doing you a favor, NOT as if she is providing a service. I will never visit this place again!!"

"Worst nail place ever. Other places only take 1 hour to do a mani pedi. I came at 9am and didn’t leave until 10:47am. Not only that, they told me they could add a nail tattoo to my gel mani. They clearly FAILED at how to do it. They then said, oh we don’t know how to do that. That’s not our product. Then don’t LIE and say you know how to do it when you clearly do NOT. Will never go back. They couldn’t even do a basic silver glitter on top of a black mani. She kept wasting time with that so I left with just plain basic black mani. And they charged $110 for a horrible job that took way longer than it needed to. I will definitely go elsewhere for $55-$60 gel mani pedi place. They couldn’t even take accountability and apologize. They just wanted to get mad at me when I responded that I will just do this at home. I will not respond nicely to LIARS."

"I have been going to pinky nails for years! Sarah, the owner is one of the nicest and most caring people. She always gives a great mani that lasts a long time. I also love using Lee for my manis and pedis. Their salon is clean and the staff is amazing! A must visit!"

"I went there today and the owner is rude to her staff and didn't make me feel welcome. They did a nice job but wow are they overpriced. A gel manicure and pedicure cost me $73 and they charge extra for polish on your feet! Since when is that extra?!!"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I used to go to this nail salon and it was nice and service was okay -NOT anymore just got done there with my 2 daughters , they charged me $210 for what???? The nail tech was horrible her and her Spanish coworker talked about me right in my face and then she was told off by the boss and they talked about me as well - yup right next to me after all that we had an issue with payment , and the head nail tech had the nerve to tell me hurry up please we need to close and this is after she charged me $210 and I don’t if know why I was charged an extra $30 and then I gave tip and she said and what about the other techs - very very rude very very unprofessional I work very hard for my money and this was %100 a A waste of my hard earned money! Save your penny’s and go somewhere else that will respect you and not treat you like trash! Do better New pinkey nails Salon!"
