"This is my second time in this establishment. The first time was ok, I only get a regular manicure with clear or nude polish so I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant. The nail tech who did my nails today was very slow and inexperienced. I asked for a regular manicure nothing extra. The nail tech took 45 minutes just to file my nails that are short and natural. I’m usually not a person who leaves bad reviews but after being in there for an hour and a half and having the end result look like this I feel robbed and insulted by this business. All of my nails are misshaped and different lengths none of them are even. I was charged $45 for this service and when I asked why a separate nail tech yelled at me from across the room and said “it’s because you wanted it custom”. What does that even mean?? I asked for a regular manicure. Nothing about the end result of this is at all custom. This experience has ruined my weekend. I work in the area so it would have been nice to be able to have someone reliable enough to do a REGULAR MANICURE!!!"

"I went for a fill and nail fix. I was told it would be $75 but ended up paying for $110 at the end with no design. I had a nail pop off less than a week later.... they did fix it for free but then days later other nails started lifting. The staff was great though! Very nice people and the place was very clean.(:"

"My favorite place to get a UV gel manicure. They take their time and this is the only place I’ve been to where my nails don’t chip. Love it here!"
