My nails look amazing and the experience was relaxing and enjoyable, they even massage your shoulders for a little at the end of your manicure. I got eye brow waxing, pedicure with message and gel manicure. All 10 out of 10"

"Had the worst experience I've ever had at this place today. I called and asked for an acrylic nail refill and gel pedicure. While there, decided to add on a callous treatment for my feet, nail art and French tips. The pedicure was extremely rushed because it was the end of the day. It was obvious the nail tech wanted to finish up and leave. I def didn't get $15 worth of callous treatment. For my manicure, the lady kept interrupting my service to go help other people or answer questions. I ended up staying an hour after closing so she could finish my nails and she did a poor job, explaining it away by saying she was tired and had a long day. I let it go and didn't make an issue until it was time to pay and she gave me an outrageous bill. She charged me $55 for the refill + $20 for gel polish + $10 for nail art on 2 nails only + $10 for French tips. This was the cost for the manicure/refill, the gel pedicure was a separate charge. Legit have never ever paid this much. A nail refill should include the polish. Period. I understand the charge for the art and French but given how poorly she did them, she should have not charged me the full amount. All I can think of is she realized we're not from the area and decided to overcharge us. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else. For the price I paid, I could have gone to a real spa!"

"Usually love my dip manicures here, but the last time I went I was with Linda and she used a different method. With that method my nails have already started chipping and cracking after one week. In addition it took her almost an hour JUST to remove my previous dip manicure. She put some sort of clear glue looking product on my nails that air dried, vs the usual method of ending with a coat of gel. I have had 5+ dip manicures at other salons so I’m not sure what she was even doing! If you go here, don’t do gel with Linda, and also consider removing your polish at home because their process takes 30+ mins."

"My sister and I had Gel manicures. Both were bubbling up by day 3 and came off by day 5! When mine was done they were sticky and when I mentioned it to the technician she said no they are okay. As I was paying mentioned to the manager. She agreed and I was sent back for the second layer of topcoat at which point it all looked very thick. The manager was pleasant enough but the nail jobs were low quality and a waste of money and time! Would not recommend or go back."
