"They extra charge for everything, be careful , seems to me they want extra money for themselves. I came there, I showed them a picture and they told me $75 plus design $25. I was like wow that’s expensive but ok. Then when she was doing it she told oh and French nails is gonna be $25 more. I was surprised but said ok. Then when I was about to pay, the charged $25 more for putting gel on my nails?? That should be included in the $75 dollars price? First time I heard a nail salon charging extra for color?. I end paying way more for what they told me and have to give tip. My design wasn’t complicated at all. First time I have ever paid that much in a nail salon. I saw a girl before me complaining about the same thing. Not coming back."

"Very accommodating being that I work long hours and can still see me after my shift. Everyone in there is very friendly and the service is always phenomenal! Highly recommend! I usually get gel x and my nails last 3 weeks. I love the fact that they take care of my natural nails prior to adding tips. So happy I found this place"

"I’ve been trying to get my nails done for the past 20 minutes in the past three nail salons in immediate area have their times just closing at eight yet it’s not even 715 and they’re closing. We even walked up to one that was pulling her sign back and asked if she was open and she said she was closing. If you’re not gonna adhere to the times that you posted, then you need to go out of business bro."

"I came here a few times already and I have nothing but the best things to say about this place and the people who work here! Everybody is so welcoming and nice. They greet you right as you walk in and make sure to help you with anything that you need. They also provide complimentary tea and snacks which is an added bonus to make your visit that much more special! I decided to get my nails done for Halloween and have never gotten any designs on them before but Hot Tips Nail did not disappoint! The lovely Nicole was working on my nails today and spent 3 hours meticulously shaping and painting my nails. She was very careful and paid attention to every last detail to match the reference photo I showed her perfectly. She took the time and cared for each individual nail making sure they were all perfect! The amount of effort put into each nail and just the whole process was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out. My entire experience was absolutely amazing. This is definitely my go to nail salon when in New York!"
