"Maria is great. She's very thorough, detailed and precise. Make sure to request her in advance because she's in high demand. But all the other ladies are great too, they all take their time and nobody rushes you out of the chair. I always get a gel mani and regular Pedi comes out great and lasts almost 1 month. Inside is clean, bright and there's always relaxing music playing. Not like other places that blast contemporary music. Everyone is nice and accommodating. I also love that the employees work together and help each other out and seem courteous to each other. Overall always a pleasant experience."
"Meh experience. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel. 7 of my nails lifted off within 5 days. After I complained on the phone they asked me to come back so they could fix it. After they gave me a new manicure they argued about me paying full price but we settled on half price."
"There are numerous nail salons in the area. Go to one of those! The nail technician did not know how to properly apply white nail polish. It requires you to be precise and neat, neither of which she was. I should have asked her to take it off, as bare nails with just clear might have been better. Also, she was rough with the cuticle on my thumb. It is red and sensitive to alcohol (e.g. remover and hand sanitizer). I paid for my service and tipped her prior to getting my nails polished. If I hadn’t, I would not have tipped at all."
"I had the worst experience at this nail salon. The ladies kept making fun of my partner’s sweaty hands (he has a medical condition that causes sweaty hands) and she made such insensitive comments about how he needs to take medications for it. Secondly, I paid for an acrylic fill and they didn’t tell me it was a gel fill. The lady clearly did not know what she was doing as she started using gel polish to fill, but then drilled it all off again. How do you charge for a fill when all you did was drill my acrylics down? Now my nails are weak and you can see how uneven it is. Lady also had the audacity to ask for more tip, and I gave her more but I’ve never had someone beg me for tips especially for sloppy lazy work. Disgusting behavior. Go elsewhere to get your nails done. Lastly, I asked for my boyfriend’s nails to have a star design. She put an asterisk mark * on his nail and begged me for tips. Excuse me????"
"The girl who did my manicure paid a lot of attention to detail, the manicure was properly done, and the nail polish is beautifully applied as well."
