"Most pathetic experience I have had. It was my first time going to this place. I asked for Gel manicure (didn’t have an appointment - I was walk-in). First of all, they didn’t let me choose the color nicely - if I was taking time. They kept saying - you have to do it quickly we have other people. If you didn’t have the bandwidth, then why take me in? Second - The nail paint is chipping and it’s not been a week!!! My nails started chipping too. You can already see all the cuticles - it is not filled or done at all Third - when I asked, can you please do Matt effect on it? They said - we don’t have time now. “Your extension took a lot of time so another appointment came in” Forth - For 3 days straight my extension nail was paining so badly but I was out of town to get it fixed. Seemed like the glue wasn’t done properly!! Fifth - I was told $70 would be the bill for GEL MANICURE (which I don’t think they have applied) including extension cost. I agreed and then I go check my credit card statement and they charged me $74! Liars!! Don’t think they deserved any tip - still I did tip them $5 separately and then I go home and see and extra charge? Mast pathetic experience- I had to get my refill done a week later at some other place!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!"

"I love this place. Kind people, great service, fair prices. Appointments available but I’ve always been able to walk in. They are very patient while I pick my colors… I’m super indecisive! Great shop. 8/5/23 Another great manicure, and this time I added a pedicure. I’m super happy. This manicure color is gorgeous."

"These are my nails exactly 1 week after my dip manicure. Normally, dip manicures last me a minimum of 3 weeks. The two nails popped off completely clean like a press on. My nails were not prepped properly at all and now I’m left with botched nails on my vacation."

"I was a walk in. They made time for me and not a bad wait 40mins. Very, very clean and solid experience. Cleanliness is uber important to me given our current state around the world (hint / hint). There was plexiglass everywhere and after each service I witnessed both the technician and receptionist spray and clean all used spaces - even the waiting room. I got a gel spa manicure and regular paint spa pedicure. The spa manicure I thought was luxe! The only critique I have is that they had a book of polish and didn’t have the polish on hand that I selected. My advice is to pick directly from the shelf. Reception very friendly and made my experience top notch."
