"I have been going to Bora Nails for about 6 years and love it! The salon is always busy and the technicians are amazing. Appointments are right on schedule. Anna has been doing my nails and she is excellent! The pedicures are wonderful and Sandra is excellent! The salon is exceptionally clean! I wouldn't go anywhere else!"

"worst experience ever do not waste your time. my appointment was 12:30, we showed up 12:15 to pick colors. wasn't seated for manicure until 1pm. left at 3:20pm without being able to get pedicure because took 2hrs and twenty minutes for TWO people to do simply "natural color and almond shape" in the end ruined shape of nails & I left without a top coat so 3hrs and left with nothing but roughed up cuticles from 3hrs of filing. my daughters manicure that cost $70 looks like someone stuck bubble gum to her nails. they didn't charge for my nails (I wouldn't have paid) but shocked they charged for my daughters after the awful experience tbh. Oh and I tried to tell them I’d fix the shape with a file myself before they put too coat on (after two hours of botched attempts by the nail lady) and the manager grabbed the file out of my hand and said she would do it. Didn’t even ask what I didn’t like (guess it was pretty obvious that it was a garbage job) but she only made it worse! PS while we were there two other clients walked out upset with both services and wait time."

"I was excited that this nail place is open on Sunday. It was my first time coming to this nail salon. When I walked in they asked me to wash my hand, even though I was getting a pedicure. I thought to myself I really appreciate them taking the extra step but two more people came in looking “different” than me and were not asked to wash their hands. They explained to me that I misunderstood. The only thing I misunderstood is that if I don’t look a certain way I will be treated differently."
