"Lady worked extremely fast and nails were not evenly cut, I have to now cut them myself when I paid a lot for some fast service. Mind you the nail salon was completely empty so I did not understand why the service was extremely fast and poor. Very pricey and when I paid and gave a tip that I thought was enough for the service I received the male owner at front desk was upset and told me that I am supposed to give 20 percent tip and started talking in a different language very upset. I will not return back to this place."

"Horrible horrible quality of polish and terrible customer service. I went in to get gel manicure. Sounds simple? Well, not there. The girl started with me, then stopped and went to another customer in the mean time. They juggled a few people like that. End up spending there more than 2 hours for manicure. The gel literally peeled the next day. Plus the lady that applied the polish did a horrible job. A first grader would’ve done a better job. Not accurately applied (and when I asked her to clean around she got really mad). Bottom line: not worth the money and a waste of time since you’ll have to go the next day somewhere else to fix it."

"I am SO upset about my experience here!!! The lady doing my nails was rough and careless. I was bleeding on 3 fingers and she was very impatient with me when I was correcting her on shaping my nails. They didn’t do anything for my fingers and I was literally bleeding onto the towels!! After leaving the store, I was in excruciating pain. I legit never had such an experience in any nail salon like this place. They shaved so much of my nails that they reached the nerves and my fingers are tingling and in so much pain. Because of this place I almost swore off never doing my nails again!! I barely can type this review because of the horrible work they’ve done. Don’t come near this place unless you’re asking for you’re nails to be damaged."
