"I’ve been loyal to this salon as long as I’ve worked in the area. Yesterday I went and asked for a gel pedicure and a removal of the gel I had on my hands but with no color. They charged me for a full manicure ($35) to soak and violently scrape the gel off my nails. They also tried to charge me for removing gel on my toes which they did not do. On top of that, when I got home I discovered my gel pedicure looks AWFUL. There’s polish missing from the middle of my nails in at least 2 places. If they weren’t such scam artists about the manicure I’d go back and ask for a fix before writing a review but this is inexcusable. Never returning."
