Very family friendly- and welcomes my little kids to get their nails done. The rewards program is legit and James always tells you when you can use your points! "Complete PRICE GOUGING!!!! This place is interesting... been coming here for years and watched a decent amount of staff turn-over. The ones who couldn't deal with the owners attitude and rules have left! The owner is extremely serious, mean, not personable whatsoever. All he cares about is MONEY $$$$, and working his staff like machines!! As long as you pay, he will not be mean to you. The prices were comparable to other places in the area, until Covid, now he keeps raising them, constantly. The nail techs don't understand why, many have said that they have tried to talk to him, but he does what he wants. It even seems as though his wife is afraid of him. They do a good enough job, but not worth the money they are charging and raising...every little thing is extra...for example, if the length of your nails is too long in his opinion, you pay extra!!! Wait till you see every othet lilttle thibg that he has the nerve to charge for- that no other sakon charges extra for! Ridiculous!!! He needs to be reported to BBB to stop price gauging, stop being so GREEDY and start treating customers and workers with respect!"
