"Under new management? None of the techs who were good are there anymore. They drilled a hole in my nail after I asked them to be careful, no one speaks English and they want to charge for everything. Oh did I mention that it’s not sanitary?"

"I came in here after hearing good reviews from my friends. Expecting the same treatment I walked in. However, I was fooled. I made an appointment for 2 combos (gel manicure and pedicure) and one acrylic manicure, expecting to pay $185 without tips. Instead of paying this price, Tracy I’m assuming who is the manager spoke rudely taunting us and made us pay $256. On top of that, she screamed at my mother telling her she must pay for something she didn’t ask for. The employees tricked our family into paying for Eden pedicure when we specified how we only want regular pedicure. They ignored us and proceeded to go with the Eden pedicure without telling us. At the end when we had to pay, she made us pay $256 instead of $185 the original payment we told her that we were doing. We also explained to her how we did like our nails, and how because of this treatment we wouldn’t be coming back again and she would lose 3 loyal customers. She refused to hear us out and even told us to never come back. In the end we were fooled in to paying about $72 more. The customer service here is awful. Here is the paper she gave us refusing to budge on the pricing and even calculated in a 20% tip after we saw other customers giving $5-$10 to each person who did their nails."

"I went to get my nails done and i called to make sure they could take me. They said yes and i went at the time they told me. they sat me down and took forever to even get me started, meanwhile their staff was messing around with each other and i was simply waiting. When i got up to leave they had someone take over and do them. Keep in mind i had gone to this place before and they do beautiful nails; however they are so weak and break off so easily to the point it doesn't even hurt. I stopped going for that reason as well as how the polish chips very fast. I needed my nails done for an event which is why i went to the first one that had availability. Guess what? two days later my nail broke off when i picked up a ball. I didn't even realize until i saw my nails. I called and went in the next day to get the nail fixed expecting only to tip the person who fixed my nail. wrong they had the nerve to try and charge me when They should take responsibility since it had only been 2 days. I told her and received a nasty attitude. I know a couple of people who have said the same thing about how their nails don't last. Please don't waste your time and money. AGAIN, the nails look amazing but they don't last and customer service is bad, I won't be coming back."
