"Tried this place out a few weeks ago. Not a great experience. The Ecuadorian she/him with long brown hair was blatantly rude. She and her coworkers were clearly making fun of a client. It was sad to see because the client was aware of it but was already in the chair. As a business owner, I find this to be concerning. People go to theses places to attempt to feel better about themselves, not be berated and embarrassed. The pedicure and manicure were standard. Nothing special. I understand joking with coworkers to make the day go faster. But not at someone's expense. I hope they see this message so they can improve their business."

"When this place first open, I felt like a celebrity every time I walked in. They always brought over a drink and were very polite and treated me like a VIP. I went there with my mother-in-law recently and they have completely changed. My pedicure was okay but not the best. And they could have done a better job with the manicure. My mother-in-law had asked if they could use non-latex gloves, because she has a very high allergy and most places nowadays only use non-latex, and they gave her a problem about it. It definitely left a bad impression. I'm going to have to find a new place to go to."

"This is my go to spot for gel mani/pedis. Generally they do a really good job. I don’t recommend the regular mani/pedis. I don’t know if it’s technique or quality of polish or what, but I just have never had one come out well. But the gel mani/pedis are typically on point. I always get the spa gel pedicure which are a little pricey. Around $70 or so, but they really take their time. I’ve always enjoyed my experience there. I’ve only had one negative experience here in my 2 years or so of coming here. One lady that did my gel manicure was in such a rush she literally was throwing my hands across the table to put in the dryer. She also was very rough with my hands. Thankfully, I’ve never had her again. The other ladies do a great job."
