"So unhappy with this place. I had high hopes because the lady who took down my appointment was very kind and when I arrived I was seated right away. However a few minutes into my gel manicure a customer came to my nail tech without an appointment asking her if she could fix her nail. The lady doing my nails said “10 minutes” to her. Meanwhile my manicure literally just started. The nail tech rushed through my manicure so much she did not even leave my nails under the UV light to cure the full 60 seconds and when I pulled them out at the end they were still wet. The polish also does not completely cover my nails on my right hand. I have no doubt that this manicure will not last more than a few days which is ridiculous considering you pay $35 plus tip. Everywhere else I’ve been to around here has left my nails in 60 seconds each coat and at the end an extra 5 minutes to be sure it lasts. The pedicure I had was nice but the lady who was giving my pedicure kept trying to get me to do a manicure and I explained multiple times I had literally just finished one. Poor service for the price I paid. So disappointed as I was getting my nails done for an engagement. With my manicure experience I will not be returning."

"Gina did my gel manicure today and she was AMAZING!!! Very gentle taking off the old polish- other nail salons I’ve been to are in a rush and really hurt me. I showed her a Pinterest pic of the design I wanted and she replicated it perfectly!!! I’m so happy and excited to show off these fun winter nails. I’ve also had pedicures here. They use top shelf products and they are so relaxing. My pedicure has lasted 3 weeks with just regular polish- definitely give Happy Nails a try:)"

"This was my first time at this nail salon. This was the most painful UV gel set I’ve ever received. I went to the nail salon with my cuticles perfectly fine and without a cut on my fingers or hands and left out of there bleeding. When I tell you she cut me up to the point where I started bleeding. I asked her to be gentle the first time she cut me with the filing tool. Then she did it again and again and again. It got to the point where I started pulling away from her every time she cut the side of my finger. What made it worse was when she grabbed the cuticle cutter to cut. I asked her not to because she filed away all of my cuticles and I am in pain. She told me that I have hangnails, I informed her that you filed all of my cuticles away to the point that I am bleeding, there’s isn’t anything there for you to cut besides skin which you have already cut too deep. I don’t think she knows what she was doing, till I ask one of the ladies for something to clean my cuts and that when she started saying sorry, I’m sorry. By that time it was too late because she refused to listen to anything I was saying to her. At this point, I didn’t care what my nails looked like I was ready to go. I spent $100.00 just to receive a painful service. Never again, I will not be going back. Why is it so hard to find a great nail salon?"
