"This place doesn’t deserve not even a ⭐️. I went there with my girlfriend and some show happened while I was doing a pedicure and receptionist is worst. Strong attitude to the workers I thought she was the owner thank goodness she’s not, I just wish they have different receptionist. This place is toxic it makes a horrible ambiatition don’t even try to go there. They change workers too often and the new ones I have to explain every time how I want my pedicure. Flory is very racist with the workers snitch and make bad ambition."

"I was there for a spa pedicure and the and it was horrible. The recepcionist acted discusting with the employee i dont know what her name is but i had her before and she is amazing person very kind and great service. But it was horrible how in front of all the clients she decide to do such a thing I only went there because my friend recomed me to go there. But it will be the last time I will go! Police got involved and I want a place where we need to relax and not Drama!!! I feel sorry for the worker"

"It's nice I would love to love it but get the employee drama under control. The employee drama creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. They gossip and don't get along and it's silly. One employee did a terrible job to my nails and the other fixed it and now there's an issue. I like this place but it feels toxic going there. You should do team building or get rid of the poisonous employee it effects your business tremendously. I haven't been back since the summer because of this. I just want to relax and get my nails done not hear about gossip and who doesn't like who."

"Reception has been great! Nail techs good. But the best part....The shoulder/upper back massage while getting nails done was AMAZING! Not to mention the great pricing of the massages!!!"

"Guess it depends who you get for mani/pedi... wasn't too happy with Fabiola. Also, extra $5 for "non toxic polis" ($10 for both mani pedi) is not worth it as they use OPI top coat anyways"
