"The wait was WAY too long and the customers that came after me, got their nails done before me. When another customer walked in, they were complaining to me while I was waiting because they were not addressed nor acknowledged by the workers even though she had a reservation. After over an hour, I finally got my nails done and I got french but they cut me so now I am bleeding and all the french tips are crooked. I am so disappointed, also they charged me extra for having to fix ONE nail that came off (acrylics) when I got a refill."

"I was looking for a regular manicure as a walk in and at first I stopped at the place next to here but they had a wait. Exotic was completely empty so I came to Exotic. The woman who did my nails kept telling me I was wasting my time for doing a regular manicure and not gel. I saw that her coats of paint were uneven and causing diff levels of paint as well as missing spots on my nails. I asked for her to try to fix it a little and she told me it was fine and asked me if I wanted paint all over my skin. These are my nails after she fixed them. No wonder this place was empty right next to a place that was packed. Never again ."

"My first time trying exotic out. Very pleasant experience! Everybody was kind and worked quick and efficiently. My acrylics look great and the price made me so happy! I got acrylic tips and gel polish, came out to $40!!!! I never get acrylics around my area cause they charge like $70 so this place was a great find!"
