"1st time there and never again!! After almost 2 hours my daughter's pedie was done. And then one of the techs was done, asked me what i was getting and passed me on to the tech i literally watch finish 2 customers nails and 1 eye brows. Then 3 of the techs decide to take a lunch at the same time. Did not have the courtesy to say anything and I guess thought that I was going to wait. This place might as well close down because of their poor service."

"I set up an appointment for 11am on a Monday and the lady who was going to do my nails came in 20 mins late. I had to wait outside the store while it was raining. I thought business hours are from 9am and on. I got an acrylic set in almond shape, and it did not go as planned. I was disappointed at the customer service they provided and the poor quality of my nails. They’re bulky from all the acrylic and un even."

"While looking for a nail salon who would do a great job and would have great customer service. I decided to give this place a chance. I went in and the lady who is in the front just giving me a up and down look and giving a face. To be honest I don't care but at least have your customer service face. My appointment was at 1 pm. They officially started at 1:30pm and that's because the lady who was going to do my nails was chatting with her coworkers in the back. I stated I wanted acrylics and a gel pedicure on the phone. Well I guess they didn't write that down and the lady was getting ready to give him a regular manicure. I stated I don't want a regular manicure I want acrylic. She said they are not doing acrylic so I should book another appointment. To finish this review, I didn't like this location. Have a feeling the location in Garfield might be better. Will definitely try them."
