"First and LAST time at this nail salon. If you CHOOSE to take someone at or after 6, that should not affect the quality of service. The woman who did my manicure was on the phone the whole time and was not even going to properly take off the gel before starting the manicure. She continued to give me attitude throughout the service. They charge $5 if you want to pay with card (which is not posted anywhere in the salon). Then the receptionist tried to FORCE me to tip the woman who did my manicure $10. After refusing, she not only gave me attitude but was trying to charge me for change. Do not come here."

"Price was nice and people were friendly. The actual nails came out awful. They look so messy and bumpy up close. I will not return or refer anyone to this place. I have no time to return or get them redone before the holiday."

"I went on, Oct 28, today is October 30th. I usually have my own nail lady to go, so this place was a last minute option. My nail job was terrible. The staff is nice however the owner really needs to update the place, the environment feels dirty. I am not sure the gel polish that is used but I was extremely disappointed to have paid 80 for a gel mani and pedi that barely lasted 24 hours. Very disappointing."

"First and probably last time here. The service was rushed and they don’t use good products. After 1 day my nails chipped. This was a gel manicure, so it should not be chipped after 1 day. I called and they offered to fix it for me yesterday, went in and they added more top coat and then repainted 2 nails that had completely chipped. Today they are chipping once again. This should not happen with gel polish. Only giving 2 stars because the design came out perfect and the receptionist was kind. If they used better products they would be a great place."

"From my most recent visit. My nail tech (Magaly) usually does a great job. Precise and thorough. However, like many nail shops, the customer service is subpar. Some of The nail techs talk about the customers and are rude. I have oftentimes waited 10-15 min for my appointment or have been contacted advising that the nailtech is running late but the owner (Kenny) will be rude to customers if they are a few minutes late. Also, like many places, I am not sure how frequently they disinfect the nail drill heads between customers. Prices are decent. $60 for a gel mani with regular pedicure. Bring cash. They charge to pay with card. I treat people how I like to be treated and have worked in service industries for over 10 years. My rule of thumb is if poor or rude service is given its reflected in my tip and review!"
