"I’ve always loved Karma Nails in Ridgewood. BUT RECENTLY every time I make an appointment there’s an issue. The ladies are all Hispanic and seem to have an issue with understanding phone calls and booking appointments. The last two time I’ve booked for a specific time and I get there and they have a whole different time in the books. Twice over I’ve driven over 35 min just to get there and then they tell me that it’s at a different time. The inconvenience just isn’t worth it. I wish Naz (the owner) was there to witness the disorganization. I’m no longer a customer because of their lack of professionalism and the numerous times they’ve made mistakes with appointment booking."
