"I was content with this place for about 10 months, but there's a significant issue with appointment consideration. Multiple times, I scheduled appointments with Wendy, but I ended up with Daniel. Almost every time, my nails broke, and for the recall, I had to wait excessively. Once, during an appointment with Wendy, we were in the middle of the process when she excused herself to do designs for another customer, costing me an extra 50 minutes on the clock. While I appreciate Wendy's work and have given Daniel multiple tries despite many hiccups, there's no consideration for punctuality. Despite paying top dollar and a 20% tip each time, the service lacks timeliness. If you have time to spare, this might be the right place for you. A regular gel manicure takes 1 hour and 30 minutes, ombré/design takes 2 hours, and a 2-hour 45-minute overlay, assuming no interruptions."

"I saw Wendy who was absolutely fabulous! They fit me in when I was in a bind for a full set with 10 nail design the day before New Year’s. The salon is very clean and brand new inside, spacious with beautiful bathroom. My nails turned out exactly as I wanted even better than the pictures I had sent her! And everybody was so gracious and kind. So happy to have found my new nail spot !"

"Randomly picked this place for pedicure and I am pleased with cleanness of the place and absolutely happy with not only detailed clean up and wonderful result, yet also full experience of the SPA menu I chose: perfect for tired feet. Ask Yoyo- she’s probably the best pedicure master I’ve been to and she gives a strong, deep tissue foot massage. And don’t forget to turn on their massage chair on - they’re brand new and deliver great targeted massage for additional relaxation. Glad I found this place."
