"I went there to get my horror nails done for Halloween, nervous as can be. I was greeted by the owner Julie and she couldn't be any nicer. She made me feel so welcome and at ease in her beautiful new salon. She did an amazing job and took her time to make sure every nail looked perfect. I left so happy and had the best Halloween. i returned a week later to try a pedicure. I've been going somewhere else for them at a different salon for years. Sandra gave me the best spa pedi i have ever had and will no longer go back to my other salon. Cant wait for my next one. Love this salon and highly recommend it."

"The owner at this salon is the absolute worse. My daughter called made an appointment. Went in for a mani/pedi. She had her pedicure done first and as she was sitting down to get her manicure done the owner then told her she has to wait while she started doing two other clients nails who walked in after my daughter. Again an appt was made. This owner is beyond ridiculous to do that to a child . Shame on you !! Will never do business here again. And watch out for the extra prices she charges for stuff that’s is Normally included. Beware of this place!"

"Unprofessional and inappropriate demeanor and attitude of woman who answered phone... this was not owner and co-owner. I had to reschedule appt because I had an emergency and called in so I'm not a no show. I've been coming here for years and strictly used Lourdes who is the only meticulous and good worker. I never had issue with Lourdes, who is lovely and works well. But the asian woman who answered (newer addition to staff in past year) thought she hung up with me but didn't and I could hear her trash talking me because I had to reschedule. That was shocking! Emergencies happen and you have no idea why I had to reschedule. I've never had to reschedule so this isn't repetitive behavior. This appt was 1p on a Wednesday so I also can't imagine they were slammed with clients. But none the less I made it a point to call in. This woman's behavior was rude, inappropriate, and unprofessional. This is a complete turn off to this business. I actually called back and spoke with woman again. I told her I could hear her and that was inappropriate and unprofessional. I asked her to cancel future appt... her response with a nasty attitude "that's fine with me" and hung up on me abruptly. I will not return and continue to support this business... if owners are fine with this behavior... I'm not. Staff represents this business. Do better and be apologetic for behavior."

"I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years. I always have the greatest experience and the staff are so sweet and friendly. The place is so clean and neat. The salon doesn’t even smell like nail polish remover like other nail salons. I always find easy parking, too. I live 30 minuets away but it’s worth the distance to go to the best nail salon"

"I've been coming here for years. Suddenly, this evening.. the owner & co-owner want to have AMAJOR ATTITUDE with me. I came with my mother at 6:00 an hour before they close. The owner said ok an hour for gel and pedicure 1 person in front of you. I said ok I will wait for gel.. after waiting an hour!!!!!!!! She says to me to come the next day. Why didn't you tell me this when I f****** walked in! Besides having my mother and I wait!!!!! Ridiculous. Take a look where you put your feet also before getting a pedicure. The women tht do pedicures (Lurdes) THE BEST! but the owner has an attitude, doesn't kniw how to communicate with her customers & wasted my TIME!"
