"My first time was a bit of an experience. as I have never experienced someone so rude, disrespectful, and will literally curse customers out . I witnessed the so called manager with the red hair display this to costumers. She does not have managerial or customer service skills at all. I walked in a 5:30 for a service and she's like no we have no one to do her nails to the asian guy whom i am assuming is the owner. He repeated to tell her they didnt close anytime soon. She proceded to go back and forth with him saying no and he ignored her and got me serviced. This place has great potential unfortunately I will not be returning. She create a bad atmosphere for this place. Joanna is wonderful but lost a customer because of such a nassttyyy manager."
