"Unsanitary no sterilization for utensils and they reuse the same pumice stone !!! I asked the nail tech could they clean there utensils she got upset and refused to service me !!!! Stay away unsanitary"

"They usually close at 7 so I came in at 6:20 asking if they could file my nails down and the owner and an employee both said no with a nasty attitude. They had no reason why as they stood outside the door with their arms crossed, but they insisted on them being closed. I literally looked at the sign and said you close at 7. She just looked at me and said yea we’re closed. Owner always has a standoffish attitude and acts like your requests are always a hassle. I dont even get my nails done here and I would not recommend"

"I came in on July 9th for an acrylic fill in. After filing my nails really thin, the nail tech only filled in the base of my nail. The end result left a hump in the middle of all of my nails. I've never experienced a service like this. When I spoke to the nail tech and owner, both said that there was nothing wrong and the nail looked natural. The tech refused to fix the issue and packed up and left. Very unprofessional."

"The young lady was good with her design but she kept yanking my hands with aggression. All she had to do was communicate how she wanted me to position my hands. While she was doing my feet she was on her phone the whole entire time and I was scared she might file away too much.. There were also angry outburst coming from other customers who were dissatisfied and the ladies there didn't seem to take heed to what is being communicated to them."
