"There are only 2 nail tech that are able to do designs. 1 that's very skilled and 1 thats basic. I was there for over 2 hrs and left with plan nails because the person attempted a nail style over 8 times and failed. They do not give foot massages with the pedicure."

"I went in there for a gel pedicure anda fill in. Girllllllllll the lady doing my pedicure cut me!!!!!! It wasn’t enough to completely break the skin so i didn’t realize till she put on the acetone. She was just way too aggressive with the drill. I told her she cut me and she said “if i would’ve cut you, you’d be bleeding.” ……. I just looked at her. Then i decided to just not get any type of polish. The manager took $5 off for that, not because i was cut. The lady who was doing my fill in actually came over while i was still getting my pedicure done and she even had to stop and use the drill on my feet. She was telling the original lady how rough she was being, probably. But she was no better doing my nails. I told her the acrylic she added was way too thick. Tell me why she used the drill for 3 seconds on 4 of my nails?!!!!!!!!!!!! I decided to just shut up after that cuz i could tell i wasn’t getting any type of accommodation. I just wanted to get out of there, the manager looked at my face and he asked if everything was ok. I said no. He told me to SMILE. baby, I’m never going in there again. He did apologize for my cut, i guess I’ll mention that. But I’m not happy at all. Never again. And my nails are ugly."

"They did a decent job but not perfection. The staff were pleasant. Prices are good. Some of them just do more talking than paying attention to details. The pre-printed nail art is ok but I prefer hand painted designs. I wanted a simple flower by the lady couldn't do it."

"Go early or be subjugated to sitting very close to people. No temp checks here unfortunately. they also don't ask that you wash your hands upon entry which is weird during this pandemic. Positive they work fast you can have a pedicure fill in eyebrows and eyelashes in about two and a half hours."

"Two people when I arrived. Everything was fine initially a regular visit. I hated how he made my thumb nail way longer thicker than any of my other nails but I didn't realize until after I left. Got my nails done on a Monday by Tuesday the polish chipped on 3 nails. I went back Wednesday afternoon after I called and told them my polish chipped only on Tuesday and it's gel. I was told to come in. They had an attitude he sent me to the back but not to a specific person and I kept asking who was supposed to fix it. They have a help wanted sign but have multiple people sitting down lounging. Everyone looking at my like I was crazy when I'm asking who was going to fix it. Then this guy gets up like I'll fix it with an attitude. I showed him the nails and he said I must have bumped them trying to make it my fault. I told him even if I did it shouldn't have chipped 3 nails with this being gel polish. You pay extra for them to last longer. I also told him that the polish might be expired and he ignored me. They gave me another yellow polish and he rushed the coats. And told me to sit under the light for 3 minutes I sat for 2 or 3 additional because the polish felt worse and the paint job didn't look really smooth. I just grabbed my things and left after stating they're probably going to chip again. So today is Friday 6/8/18 only two days after getting one of the same nails fixed half the damn paint comes off my nail. I am going back and not to get my nails fixed but to curse them out. It won't bring my money back or fix my nail but I am going to show customers and everything this is ridiculous. I was referred to this place I should have checked the reviews like I always do smdh."
