"My first experience was excellent. Manager was very courteous and professional. The lady Lana was very good. She did a great job on my nails and feet. My second experience was not as great, again the manger was exceptional friendly and courteous. This lady that did my manicure and pedicure was awful. She didn't listen to me or did she act like she care, she never said a word to me and was very unprofessional. She never said thank you for the tip and got on her phone before she finished. I would however recommend them but just be careful who do the work."

"Went on a Thursday late afternoon approximately 4:15pm. Left around 5:40pm. Service: Fill and Gel Polish Charge: $35 Tipped: Yes The greeter was polite. No wait time, it was empty. Sat at table 10. Nail tech did not introduce himself but he did ask me about the weather. Wasn’t provided a place to hang my coat so I kept it on. Quality of work was not good. Nail tech had a used towel on table, I showed him pieces of residue from previous work done on the towel, he shook it out and placed towel back on table. Unsanitary, a new towel should be used or the plain surface sanitized is sufficient. I had to show tech I still had polish on from previous set on my nails before he went to the next step. Nail tech instructed me to put my hand under the UV light for peculiar things: 1-when he applied acrylic primer and 2-when he applied acrylic. Acrylic not applied clean or neat. Polish was poorly applied. For the record, I really didn’t need a fill, nails were done one week prior. There was no nail care whatsoever. I really cannot believe he let me leave the salon like this. Nail tech did get a tip for their time. Salon was neat, no foul smells, plenty parking, ideal location, well lit."

"Service is ok depending on who you have doing your nails , sometimes they are too rough around your cuticles and make it bleed , I have to pull my hand away in pain . Also they force you to use cash , if you use card they charge you a $2 fee which is ridiculous if your service is well over $50 dollars why should you be punished for using a card , a lot of people don’t carry large amounts of money like that anymore."

"I visited this nail salon and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The quality of the nail work was unsatisfactory; many of the nails lacked proper shaping, and the technician didn't clean underneath the nails thoroughly. Even basic services like cleaning the side cuticles seemed like an extra request. The nail technician's attitude wasn't the best, though everyone can have off days. The overall cleanliness and experience fell short. On the positive side, when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the nail color, the technician did provide a resolution, which I appreciated. Maybe it was just a one off for me but I wouldn’t recommend or come back."

"Went in for a manicure. I asked for acrylic nail extensions, waited 45 minutes. When I got into the chair they said they couldn't do it. The person doing my nails did a horrible job. I wanted Squarish/oval aka squoval. The nails are all different lengths and shapes. I could have dome this at.home. But I event so I wanted a professional look. They offered for me to back next day but I don't have time."
