"This salon was once THEE Nail SALON in Kenilworth. Today it saddens me to say the service has gone downhill. In addition, there are 4 new faces that still need to be broken in. There may be changes in management as the new woman taking appts has become a regular. Shes not the most patient nor is she very savvy with nail art. During my last visit she had a male "friend" sitting to the side observing clientele almost as if it was an interview process. Some of us ladies were made to feel uncomfortable, having a man walking around peeking in on the services being rendered. Very creepy!!! Time to move on....."

"Absolutely terrible! I went to get a gel manicure and the guy chipped one of my nails, he also hurt my index finger with the drill. Not only that but he didn’t properly paint the edge of my nails, overall it was a terrible experience! I won’t be going there again!"

"SNS nightmare….Overall the staff was friendly and the establishment was clean. When i was doing my sns i told the guy the nails seemed thin. He said he was going to put two more coats to harden it. Instead he put a gel coat! I’m so confused why. Less than 24 hours 3 of my nails are broken! Crazy part is i was just stilling on my bed and saw the pieces on the bed. I’m so frustrated. Never again. Also the nails were filed crooked….the lady next to me was doing gel that turned out a lot better."
