"I moved to this area 6 months ago and this is the first time I've found a salon I wanted to return to. I called a week ahead to make an appointment for a dip powder mani, regular pedi, eyebrow wax for both me and my friend. They did a wonderful job with everything. We were both immediately seated, service was great. They did a great job with my eyebrow wax as well and listened to what I wanted. It's been 3 weeks and my dip powder mani is still looking great. Highly recommend and will return."

"I will not be returning to this establishment. I called yesterday to make an appointment for 2 simple mani pedis. The lady asked me what time works for me, i told her 5pm. I get to the place around 5:10. The lady immediately looked surprised to see us and tells us the appointment was at 4:45pm... That another customer came and she took her instead, And if my husband and I could wait til she's done before we're serviced. Granted, i didn't get a call from them at the time of my appointment or anything. But she asked ME what time works for me, and if she put down the wrong time, that's NOT my problem. If she'd been more polite about it maybe we would have waited, but definitely not coming back."
